Workshop Delivery & What's Included
All workshops take place physically at The Shed workshop in Inverie Village, Knoydart. Timings generally are from 10:00am to 5:00pm, with an hour break for lunch. Please arrive 5/10minutes early so we can get set up and started in good time.
Tea & coffee is provided during the workshop - please note that no food is permitted in The Shed but you are welcome to bring your own drinks/water if necessary.
For workshops booked Monday through Friday, the fee is inclusive of lunch at Knoydart Tearoom. Workshops booked on Sat/Sun do not include lunch - we recommend booking at The Old Forge pub in advance.
All workshops include materials, equipment and expert guidance by your tutor. Our workshops host a maximum of four participants meaning we are able to provide a good level of 1-to-1 tutoring throughout the day.
Children & Young People
Some of our workshops are suitable for children aged from 11 years old. Children's workshop fees are available for those aged 11-16 years old. Children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult aged 18 or over for the duration of the workshop. Those aged 17 years will be charged at the 'adult' rate' but must still be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Participant Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.
Intellectual Property & Recordings
All workshop materials, information, and/or teaching papers remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Shed. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education. You may not record, distribute, copy, or commercially exploit any workshop materials.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your participation in the workshop. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for the workshop.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law.
